Brian Peyrovian

Brian serves as Vice President of Field Operations. Prior to his current position, Brian held several roles at Ballast, beginning as an analyst, and then managing capital expenditure projects. That experience gives him a high-level view of how each moving part of the organization connects, informing smarter decision-making at every level. Before Ballast, Brian spent six years at Prado Group focused on San Francisco multifamily assets and ground-up developments.

Brian holds a dual bachelor's in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
