Brittany Blacksmith

Brittany oversees all human resources functions for Ballast, including talent acquisition, benefits and compensation, risk & safety, compliance, employee relations, onboarding, and organizational development. Brittany develops HR strategies and processes that support Ballast’s growth, strengthen operational efficiency, and enhances the employee experience across both corporate and site-level teams. With more than eight years of experience in HR operations, Brittany partners closely with senior leadership to align people practices with business objectives and support Ballast’s expanding real estate and property-management portfolio.

Brittany studied at Oregon State University and is a licensed California Notary Public.
