Director, Operations

Dontea Gullatt is the Director of Operations at Ballast’s property management affiliate. Prior to joining the company, she built her career gaining hands-on experience in operations, construction, lease-ups, requisitions, compliance, and portfolio management throughout Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Midwest. This depth of experience gives her a unique perspective that blends site-level expertise with executive decision-making, allowing her to guide teams through complex challenges while driving sustainable growth. She is recognized for her collaborative leadership, focus on efficiency, and ability to align people, processes, and business goals to deliver strong results.

She also holds a CAPS designation, a business degree, and is in the process of reobtaining her California Real Estate License.
