Jacob Jurlina

Jacob is a Vice President at Ballast Investments focused on asset management and acquisitions of multifamily assets. Prior to joining Ballast, Jacob was an Associate at TMG Partners where he focused on acquisitions, development, and asset management for value-add commercial properties in the Bay Area. Prior to his career in real estate, Jacob worked in the energy industry at Ridgewood Energy focusing on acquisitions, dispositions & capital markets. Before joining Ridgewood, Jacob worked in investment banking at Rothschild & Co.
Jacob received his BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University, and his MBA from Rice University.
