Lauren Medley

Lauren is Vice President on the construction team. She and her team work to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. She also works closely with the asset and acquisition teams on budget forecasting for existing assets and prospective acquisitions. Prior to joining the firm, Lauren served as Assistant Purchasing Manager for a regional home builder in Georgia, where she managed vendor relationships, purchase orders, and contract administration.

Lauren earned a BA in Management from Georgia Gwinnett College.
